We're looking for a Product Specialist who's curious, customer-focused, and excited to help bring great software solutions to market. If you enjoy working with both people and products—this role could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do
- Help shape how our products are positioned and presented in the market
- Study market trends, customer needs, and competitors to improve our offerings
- Work closely with customers and the sales team to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Create simple, easy-to-understand training materials for both internal teams and clients
- Support sales efforts by preparing presentations and joining client meetings when needed
- Collaborate with clients on the best solutions, pricing, and terms
- Share regular updates with management on progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate with teams to improve our products and services
- Use CRM tools and other technologies to manage customer interactions
- Help achieve product sales targets and contribute to business growth
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (sales experience is a plus); Also open to fresh graduates with sales/marketing internship
- Experience working with software or technology-based products
- Background in Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with different teams
- Willing to work onsite in San Juan City Office
- Available to start as soon as possible
