Product Specialist to drive sales growth and market development for its Dermatology/Immunology portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting product adoption, and expanding business opportunities within key hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories.
- Support hospital formulary inclusion and market access initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve territory targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records.
- Stay updated on clinical data and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
- Dermatology/Immunology experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with major hospitals and key opinion leaders is an advantage.
- Familiarity with hospital inclusion processes and formulary submissions.
- Strong scientific aptitude and ability to communicate clinical information effectively.
- Proven sales track record with excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
- Willing to travel and cover territories across Luzon as required.
