Job Summary:

Responsible for managing department compliance, audit coordination, product manual administration, and related operational functions, while ensuring product information, regulatory requirements, and process documentation are regularly updated and properly maintained.

Role Exposure:

Compliance and Audit:

Oversees regulatory approvals and review requirements for new and existing Trust products, ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, monitors regulatory developments affecting Trust products, and coordinates product-related audits and process reviews.

Product Manual Management:

Develops, maintains, and updates TBG product manuals, coordinates stakeholder consultations and approval processes, communicates policy changes, and manages committee approvals for new and revised product policies and procedures.

Administration:

Ensures the availability and distribution of Trust product documentation, disclosures, and investor information to relevant stakeholders, and manages the setup and maintenance of Trust products across systems and service channels.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Product Development or Project Management is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in investments or trust banking is an advantage
