Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement business plans to meet product-specific targets, identifying white spaces and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Partner with local sales teams to deliver product training, provide deal support, and accelerate the closure of key, complex, or strategic sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling: Meet directly with clients to understand needs, lead product demonstrations, and advise on best-in-class solutions to increase product adoption and upsell.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of product capabilities, competitive intelligence, and market trends to act as the regional go-to expert.
- Feedback Loop: Capture market feedback, customer insights, and competitive signals to inform the Product Unit and Global GTM teams for roadmap improvements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and adoption metrics to adjust strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B product sales, solutions consulting, or product GTM roles, preferably within regional markets.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise and commercial segments.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CPaaS, telecom, Voice, or Email deliverability (depending on the specific role).
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools to track pipeline.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional regional languages being a strong plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region
