TL AISA:

  • With experience in sales and online selling (FB, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge in social media selling (Lazada, Shopee, & Tiktok) seller center
  • Organized and detail oriented in handling orders

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers
  • Respond inquiries in FB page, online messages, and customer question
  • Monitor and order the order of customers
  • Provide excellent customer services and handle complains professionally
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales and transactions
