Product Research and Development Specialist

Oversee the entire product development process under the supervision of the Regulatory Affairs &

Compliance Manager from initial concept through formulation, packaging, and launch while ensuring all

products comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes:

(1) Assisting in product registration and verifying that standards, such as FDA compliance, are met

before product launches.

(2) Managing documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all legal

aspects are addressed prior to ensuring the creation of successful and innovative cosmetic

products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or any related field.

- Proven experience in cosmetic / skin care / personal care product development and registration.

- In-depth knowledge in cosmetic / skin care / personal care product ingredients, formulation development, and FDA / industry regulations.

- Strong expertise in managing documentation and paperwork, with a focus on meeting regulatory requirements and product registration.

- Familiar to well-versed in FDA compliance and regulatory protocols, with the ability to efficiently navigate complex legal frameworks.

- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple products and timelines while ensuring adherence to regulatory processes.

- Critical thinking and analytical skills for problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, facilitating seamless teamwork across cross-

functional teams and stakeholders.

- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in verifying information particularly regarding ingredient list and compliance / regulatory standard.
