Strong Educational Background with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science , Chemistry, Food Technology or a related field.
Had at least 2 relevant trainigs, seminars, workshops and certifications supportiing technical and supervisory functions.
Above average communication ability in preparing reports and conveying instructions effectively in both written and spoken form.
Above average ability to work well with teams, coordinate across departments and maintain good professional relationships.
Above average leadership capan=bility, able to supervise personnel, oversee daily operations, and provide guidance when needed.
Main Tasks
Conduct Research and Development (R&D) initiatives, focusing on product and process improvement, as well as addressing customer complaints about the product, while providing technical oversight and expertise as needed.
Drive experimentation for both new and existing products, ensuring continous product improvement and alignment with market and internal needs.
Establish and document guidelines and specifications for each product, including detailed processes, raw materials and packaging requirements.
Supervise and guide subordinate staff to ensure efficient delivery of functions and services. Regularly review team performance , provide coaching , feedback and recommending necessary training or improvements to enhance productivity and expertise.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA), to support product development processes.
Manage the performance and disciplinary actions of subordinate staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
Supports the implementation of the Company's Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis
