- Reconcile Internal reports against Partner reports (e.g. BPI Cashin, Billspay, GSave, etc.)
- Ensure quality output through validation of reports
- Identifying any discrepancies or exceptions in transaction records is crucial for maintaining the integrity of financial data.
- Endorse valid adjustment to merchants/partners and/or internal team upon approval
- Handles funding requests, adjustments, and product reconciliation.
- Timely submission of updated remarks of Customer concerns within SLA
- Timely execution of Month end summaries for reporting
- Additional ad hoc tasks as may be needed by the business

Skills And Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year Business Course, preferably with Accounting or Finance background. (FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply)
- Previous experience in financial reconciliation, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
- Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and reconciliation tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) Knowledge of Excel Marcos is a plus.
- Willing to be trained, cross-trained, can adapt easily, and willingness to learn.
- Can lead and handle meetings with internal or external stakeholders
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (Hybrid Work Set-up)
