About The Role
A leading technology company is looking for a seasoned product leader to head its Software and IoT portfolio. This senior role carries full ownership of a broad, multi-segment product suite spanning productivity tools, smart security and home systems, IoT solutions, and digital collaboration platforms.
The successful candidate will set the strategic direction and commercial roadmap for these offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and relevant across consumer, SME, and enterprise markets. This is a role that sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and commercial leadership requiring both a sharp technical lens and a results-oriented mindset.
What You'll Do
Strategic & Portfolio Leadership
- Own the strategic roadmap and full lifecycle management of the Software and IoT product portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers responsible for solutions across productivity software, smart home and IoT devices, collaboration tools, and connected workplace systems.
- Ensure all products are desirable, technically feasible, and commercially viable across consumer, SME, and enterprise customer segments.
- Track emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to evolve and expand the portfolio.
Commercial & Business Ownership
- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate portfolio growth, increase adoption, and improve profitability.
- Define pricing models, commercial frameworks, and business cases for new products and product enhancements.
- Assess build, partner, or integration opportunities to expand offerings and shorten time to market.
- Collaborate with segment-focused partners to tailor bundled offers and campaigns for each target market.
- Track product performance against P&L targets and take action to optimize customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Enablement and IT teams to ensure operational readiness for product launches and ongoing service delivery.
- Work alongside Marketing, Sales, and partner teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and market-specific positioning.
- Engage Finance, Strategy, and Customer Experience stakeholders to keep products commercially sound, customer-centered, and scalable.
- Represent the product organization in cross-functional planning sessions, business reviews, and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or closely related roles within the technology or telecommunications industry.
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity with accountability for managing multi-product portfolios.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and launching commercially successful products for both consumer and business markets.
- Solid working knowledge of IoT, SaaS, productivity software, or connected device ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen, including hands-on experience with pricing strategy, P&L management, and market positioning.
