About the Role
We're looking for a Product Portfolio Head Security to lead and grow our cybersecurity product portfolio, spanning Access Management, Security Operations Center (SOC) services, Network Security, and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT).
This is a leadership role responsible for defining portfolio direction, investment priorities, and long-term evolution of our security offerings across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments. You will ensure our security products are market-relevant, commercially viable, and aligned with our broader strategy.
You will lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with Product Partners, Market Intelligence, Portfolio Performance, and Vendor Management to ensure the security portfolio delivers trust, resilience, and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
Portfolio Strategy & Leadership
- Own the overall security product portfolio strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap.
- Set clear investment priorities across Access Management, SOC, Network Security, and VAPT.
- Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and evolving threat landscapes.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers within the Security portfolio.
Market & Customer Relevance
- Ensure security offerings address real customer risks, compliance needs, and maturity levels across segments.
- Work with Market Intelligence to track cybersecurity trends, competitive offerings, and emerging threats.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for new security products, enhancements, or partnerships.
Product & Commercial Governance
- Drive portfolio performance across revenue, margin, adoption, and lifecycle health.
- Guide build, buy, or partner decisions for security capabilities and platforms.
- Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio Performance teams on business cases and investment decisions.
- Ensure offerings are scalable, supportable, and economically sustainable.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with Product Partners to ensure segment fit and effective launches.
- Collaborate with Product Operations (Enablement, PMO, Vendor Management) to ensure delivery readiness.
- Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to support strong go-to-market execution.
- Engage with vendors, technology partners, and internal security stakeholders.

- A strategic product leader with deep understanding of cybersecurity domains.
- Comfortable balancing customer trust, regulatory requirements, and commercial outcomes.
- Able to lead complex portfolios that span services, platforms, and managed offerings.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders across technology, business, and operations.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio leadership, or cybersecurity services.
- Strong domain knowledge in one or more areas: access management, SOC, network security, or VAPT.
- Experience managing B2B and/or B2C security offerings in telecom, technology, or managed services environments.
- Proven ability to lead product teams and make portfolio-level investment decisions.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience evaluating ROI and portfolio trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
