Product Owner

About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Retail Credit Operations Division. You will be accountable for the end-to-end management of the data sources utilized by the team for credit evaluation.

How you'll contribute

• Leads to the ideation of feature improvement and prioritization for the assigned product, system, or data source.
• Manage and drive the initiative for the onboarding of new systems and data sources from initiation (contract and vendor management) to deployment to production.
• Collaborates with different stakeholders to identify user pain points and possible opportunities to improve the current process.
• Define roadmaps and user stories for delivery of features to address pain points through collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Monitoring of product/system performance

What we're looking for

• With 2–3 yearsof relevant experience in managing feature backlogs for a system or platform.
• Has expertise in project management and achieving the targeted business value.
• With outstanding communication abilities to interact with various important stakeholders in an efficient manner.
• Extensive knowledge of and expertise in Agile processes.
• Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
