Job Description

Job Title: Project Lead – Product Rollout & Execution (Financial Services Tech)

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Industry: Financial Services / FinTech / Digital Banking

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven Project Lead to support the rollout of technology products and strategic initiatives within the Financial Services space. This role is critical in translating strategy into delivery—owning timelines, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring smooth, high-quality product launches.

You will work closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to drive readiness and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments where delivery and impact matter.

What You'll Do

Product Roll-Out Execution

  • Lead end-to-end rollout of tech products—from scoping and planning to go-live and post-launch monitoring
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure operational, technical, and commercial readiness
  • Build and manage detailed project plans with clear deliverables, risks, and dependencies

Project Management & Governance

  • Own delivery cadence and status reporting across multiple initiatives
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and execution health
  • Drive structured governance, including alignment with regional counterparts
  • Facilitate leadership updates, decision checkpoints, and status reviews

Data-Driven Monitoring & Support

  • Monitor post-launch product performance and identify issues, gaps, and opportunities
  • Create dashboards and reports to track adoption, funnel metrics, and operational impact
  • Establish feedback loops to support continuous iteration and improvement

Process Alignment & Optimization (Light Touch)

  • Identify operational bottlenecks that slow product deployment
  • Propose and implement lightweight process improvements to increase rollout speed and scalability

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key connector across local and regional teams
  • Prepare executive-level updates and support change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

  • Background in product execution, product operations, or project management
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate of Computer Engineering or IT-related course
  • Experience with mobile banking products or software application feature rollouts
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and improvements
