Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is looking for a CRM Product Owner – Salesforce (Sales) to join our team on a contract basis in Taguig City.

If you have strong Salesforce experience and a background in Product Ownership, CRM, or SaaS, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a Salesforce Sales platform and help shape solutions that drive business growth.

Job Details

• Position: CRM Product Owner (Salesforce-Sales)
• Contract: 12 months (renewable)
• Location: McKinley West, Taguig
• Work Setup: Flexible Mid-Shift
• Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Sales business processes & ensure continuous improvement in Salesforce.com
• Consult business units to ensure efficient use of Salesforce.com & connected applications
• Synchronize process improvement plans with other process owners within the Sales business area
• Educate business team members on best practices followed globally for delivery
• Handle business processes end-to-end while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, processes and legal requirements
• Monitor the performance , effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes for Sales
• Identify, document, and test new business scenarios as well as manage and communicate the rollout of future functionalities
• Support the execution of the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, including the delivery of Agentforce functionality for the Sales Tower project, business process automation, and system integrations.
• Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce certification is a plus
