About the Role
BidaCredit is looking for a Product Owner to lead the gamification and loyalty experience across the platform. You will design and ship game-like features that make BidaCredit more engaging, and own the loyalty program end-to-end, improving how we reward and retain users. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and user experience.
What You'll Own
Gamification
- Define and drive the roadmap for gamification features - points, challenges, streaks, badges, leaderboards, and beyond
- Design game mechanics that drive meaningful user behaviors, not just vanity engagement
- Work closely with design and engineering to bring features from concept to launch
- Continuously test and iterate based on user behavior and engagement data
Loyalty Program
- Own BidaCredit's loyalty program - strategy, execution, and optimization
- Identify what's working, what isn't, and lead improvements to rewards structure and user experience
- Partner with marketing and ops to ensure the program is well-communicated and easy to use
- Track program performance and translate data into clear recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5 years in product management or a closely related role
- Experience building or contributing to gamification, loyalty, or engagement features
- Strong understanding of user behavior and what drives habit formation
- Comfortable writing specs, running sprints, and working directly with design and engineering
- Data-driven, uses metrics to prioritize and validate decisions
- Clear communicator who can align stakeholders across teams
Nice to Have
- Background in fintech, consumer apps, or gaming
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with loyalty or rewards platforms
