TECHNICAL PROJECT SCOPING & COORDINATION
- Gathers client requirements for any development/technical projects
- Documents the User Requirements (as User Stories) and defines the User Acceptance Criteria
- Works with key stakeholders to prioritize tasks and tickets
- Properly cascades the requirement, and any other changes thereafter, to the different internal teams for production
- Spearheads project kickoff to ensure proper cascade and assignment of resources
- Provide clear and regular updates on projects to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates with the Scrum Master to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
- Coordinates with the client for content/data collection for the project as well as creative/design approval
- Coordinates with the creative team for UI/UX changes
- Updates the Knowledge Base System for any updates about the project for proper documentation
SOFTWARE TESTING AND CLIENT ACCEPTANCE
- Checks software readiness by ensuring that the user acceptance criteria is met
- Conducts user acceptance tests with the client
- Ensures that product delivery is complete, and within scope
TECH INSIGHTS
- Works with the accounts team for pitches and new requirements
- Seeks out data-driven trends and identifies key consumer insights to shape technical strategy
- Constantly strives to deepen understanding of new technologies to stay attuned to what's new and what's possible
- Understand different platforms to discern advantages and limitations
CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Build and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients through exceptional service on day-to-day basis
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: like Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Marketing.
Mid-to-Senior Level (3- 5+ years): Proven track record of managing product roadmaps, delivering complex data or software products, and leading technical teams.
Agile Frameworks: Deep, in-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Backlog Management: Proficiency in defining user stories, structuring acceptance criteria, and prioritizing tasks based on business value.
Software Tools: Practical experience using project management and tracking software like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM
(hybrid, once to twice a week office) Quezon City
SALARY: up to 60k
