Product Owner

1. About You & the Role

As a Product Owner, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact digital products that support the Bank's strategic transformation agenda. You will bridge business needs and technology execution, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver customer‑centric, value‑driven solutions.

2. What You Will Be Doing

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer value
• Lead product discovery, MVP definition, and Agile delivery activities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality releases
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement
