Requirements / Must-Haves
- AI Product Development – experience supporting AI solutions from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation.
- Generative AI / LLM – hands-on experience with AI-powered applications, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and evaluation.
- RAG – experience designing or implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise documents, knowledge bases, and structured/unstructured data.
- AI Use Cases – knowledge management, document analysis, intelligent search, content generation, workflow automation, decision support, or process optimization.
- API & Integration – experience developing APIs, system integrations, and automation workflows.
- AI Testing & Evaluation – experience creating test methodologies, evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, usability testing, and improving AI accuracy/reliability.
- Business/Product Analysis – requirements gathering, user research, problem statements, opportunity assessment, feasibility studies, POCs/MVPs, and product roadmap inputs.
- Data & Reporting – dashboard development, data visualization, reporting, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management – tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and change management.
- AI Governance – familiarity with AI governance, data governance, IT risk, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance.
- Training & Enablement – creating rollout plans, documentation, knowledge-sharing materials, and conducting AI training.
