Job Description

Engage stakeholders to gather and translate needs into actionable requirements.
Analyze systems, processes, user feedback for improvements.
Work with Product Manager/Owner & Engineering in Agile for user stories & backlog grooming.
Create user stories, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
Collaborate with UX, QA, dev, product teams on feature design, assessment, launch.
Prepare documentation (requirements, flows, release notes, guides).
Support QA on testing activities and ensure quality deliverables.
Conduct UAT and product QA for releases.
Recommend process improvements for efficiency & delivery effectiveness.
