The Product Operations Manager will drive the execution and delivery of device‑management software initiatives across the organization. The initial focus will be on Xerox Cloud Fleet Management, ensuring the platform's core functionality, enhancements, and updates are delivered reliably and aligned with business strategy. Over time, this role may expand to additional solutions and programs.
This position requires a blend of project management, product operations, and the ability to partner closely with software development teams and business leadership.
Key Roles & Responsibilities / Key Job Functions
Project & Program Management
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for Xerox Cloud Fleet Management feature development, maintenance, and release cycles.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution across engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of core functionality updates, platform improvements, and strategic enhancements.
Product Operations
- Translate strategic requirements into actionable development workstreams and operational plans.
- Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog in partnership with product and engineering leads.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, documentation, and repeatable workflows.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and operational KPIs to inform future enhancements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Provide clear communication and alignment between business leadership, product management, and development teams.
- Facilitate alignment on requirements, scope, and success criteria for new features and updates.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills And Competencies
- Proven experience in project management, product operations, or program management within a software or technology environment.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy and goals into executable plans.
- Demonstrated success working with software development teams (Agile experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in project coordination, product operations, or software delivery support
- Strong marketing analytics combined with business, communications and information technology knowledge
- Familiarity with software development environments or technology platforms preferred
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams
