About the Role

Binhi Diamonds is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Product Operations Associate to help bring our jewelry collections to life both online and behind the scenes. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with experience in product photography and photo editing who is eager to learn inventory and product operations. While inventory experience is not required, an eye for detail, organization, and a willingness to learn are essential.

What You'll Do

• Photograph fine jewelry for our website and marketing materials.
• Edit product photos while maintaining our brand's visual standards.
• Tag, inspect, and organize jewelry items.
• Count and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Process stock transfers and update inventory records.
• Maintain product information and inventory using Google Sheets.
• Support the preparation of products for online listings.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in product photography (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and computer applications.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Willing to learn inventory management and operational processes.
• Able to handle fine jewelry with care and professionalism.
