Marketing Strategy Development
- Supports the Brand Lead in developing marketing strategies, engagement briefs, marketing and business plans, and other strategic initiatives.
- Gathers and analyzes relevant brand, market, consumer, sales, and competitive insights to identify performance drivers, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Contributes to the development of strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Supports the development and execution of assigned marketing programs from planning through implementation and evaluation.
- Defines clear program objectives and success measures, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Develops and executes innovative marketing concepts and initiatives under the guidance of the Brand Lead.
- Monitors the performance of marketing programs and recommends improvements based on results, consumer feedback, market developments, and business needs.
- Evaluates program effectiveness and identifies opportunities to optimize execution and maximize impact.
- Ensures assigned programs remain aligned with brand objectives and evolving market and consumer needs.
- Analyzes consumer needs, behaviors, expectations, and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Identifies untapped consumer needs and translates insights into actionable marketing and business initiatives.
- Supports the identification of innovation opportunities that enhance product relevance and strengthen market positioning.
- Supports the management of marketing budgets and resources for assigned programs.

- Monitors the effectiveness and business returns of marketing programs and recommends actions to maximize investment.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, agencies, and other business partners to deliver marketing programs and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in Brand Management
- With relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within the Beauty and Personal Care category.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate consumer, market, sales, and competitive insights into actionable business and marketing strategies.
- Solid expertise in brand management, integrated marketing, consumer insights, innovation, and campaign development across ATL, digital, e-commerce, and trade channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Commercial, Supply Chain, agencies, and other cross-functional business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results.
