We're looking for a Product Officer who combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user research to help build innovative Payments and Transfers solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to transform customer needs into seamless digital products. If you enjoy solving customer problems through research, data, and thoughtful product design, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, gather customer insights, and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction.
- Define, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end product delivery—from ideation, prototyping, development, testing, launch, and continuous enhancement.
- Prepare product requirements, user stories, process flows, and other functional documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate product quality, and ensure launch readiness.
- Monitor product performance using customer feedback, analytics, and usage data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Present product updates, recommendations, and performance insights to key stakeholders.
- Support product rollouts by facilitating end-user training and post-launch activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development/Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Digital Banking, or Digital Products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and translating insights into product enhancements.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user journeys, wireframes, and usability best practices.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business units.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
