Your Role
The Product Officer supports the Global Banking Product Manager in managing the Global Banking or Cash Management products and services from conceptualization, feasibility evaluation, development, roll-out, post-launch, periodic evaluation and product re-design, as needed. The incumbent contributes in growing the revenue and building up volume of GB/CMS products through developing and implementing programs and initiatives. Additionally, provide assistance in reviewing and evaluating of existing policies/procedures.
How You Can Contribute
1. Support Management of Global Banking or Cash Management Products & Services
- Monitor product performance, volume trends, customer feedback
- Track internal/external product changes and regulatory/industry updates
- Coordinate implementation of enhancements, system fixes, and process improvements
2. Assist in Product Launches i.e. enhancements, new products, platforms
- Assist in planning, coordination, UAT, readiness checks
- Support communications to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate rollout requirements with Sales / Operations / IT
3. Support Business Linkage and Cross-Selling Initiatives
- Coordinate with GB/CMS Sales, Relationship Manager's, Operations, branches and other units to support product cross-selling
- Gather product-related needs across segments
- Share product information and client insights
4. Market / Customer / Competitor Insight Development
- Conduct segmentation, pricing, and product benchmarking
- Collect client needs and market intelligence via Sales, branches, OUs
- Support feedback analysis for continuous improvement
5. Product Governance, Documentation & Compliance
- Assist in maintaining and updating e-SPI, manuals, guidelines, approvals
- Help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal governance requirement
- Support product risk reviews & documentation
6. Application & System Support for GB/CMS Products
- Assist in validating that GB/CMS systems perform per agreed specs
- Support incident logging, issue tracking & resolution coordination
- Participate in testing and change request activities
7. Sales Support & Marketing Coordination
- Assist Sales with sales kits, FAQs, client presentations
- Coordinate with marketing for materials/collateral
- Track feedback on product materials & customer messaging
Your Profile
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any-business related course
- At least 3 years of relevant field experience in Banking or Financial Institution
- In-depth understanding of Global Banking/Cash Management products and services is preferred
- With presentation, sales and technical-related experience
