FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translates Fiber product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for SME and mid-market segments.
- Drives disciplined GTM execution for Fiber and bundled offers including Fiber DUAL.
- Ensures consistent positioning and rapid adoption, especially in the SME segment.
- Executes sales enablement and activation programs in collaboration with Sales teams.
- Coordinates with Brand, Channel Marketing, and Digital teams on launch campaigns.
- Tracks competitor positioning and recommends adjustments to product narrative and pricing.
TECHNICAL
- Product marketing methodology — segmentation, positioning, value‑proposition design, GTM playbooks
- Fiber and broadband product fluency — Fiber to the Home, Fiber DUAL, SME bundles
- Sales enablement asset development — pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators
- Channel marketing for SME and mid‑market segments
- Performance tracking — adoption, activation, churn analytics
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related course
Work Experience
- Open to fresh graduates and early‑career professionals with 1-3 years of experience in product marketing or category management, preferably in telecom, ICT, or technology industries.
- Direct exposure to Fiber, broadband, or SME‑targeted offers strongly preferred
Trainings
- Product marketing certifications (Pragmatic Institute, PMA) preferred
- Digital marketing exposure is an advantage
