Job Description

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Designs and executes user-focused engagement strategies to improve adoption, retention, and CX for enterprise postpaid subscribers.
  2. Creates strategies that enhance user experience while increasing product usage.
  3. Addresses declining ARPU through targeted monetization programs.
  4. Owns the Smart App for Enterprise initiative end-to-end.
  5. Partners with Sales, Operations, and Digital to deliver integrated user journeys.
  6. Manages the Assignee Management framework and revenue capture.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Submits monthly activity and performance reports to Immediate Head within the first five working days of the following month.
  2. Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
  3. Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
  4. Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related course. Master's degree preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, customer experience, or wireless telecom.
  • Proven track record in postpaid or subscription-based product economics.
