FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs and executes user-focused engagement strategies to improve adoption, retention, and CX for enterprise postpaid subscribers.
- Creates strategies that enhance user experience while increasing product usage.
- Addresses declining ARPU through targeted monetization programs.
- Owns the Smart App for Enterprise initiative end-to-end.
- Partners with Sales, Operations, and Digital to deliver integrated user journeys.
- Manages the Assignee Management framework and revenue capture.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submits monthly activity and performance reports to Immediate Head within the first five working days of the following month.
- Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
- Participates in quarterly performance reviews and the annual performance appraisal cycle with Immediate Head and People Partner.
- Maintains 201 file currency including contact information, emergency contacts, and professional certifications.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related course. Master's degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, customer experience, or wireless telecom.
- Proven track record in postpaid or subscription-based product economics.
