Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and highly motivated Senior Product Manager and Product Manager to lead our snack portfolio. You will be responsible for building products that customers love by merging brand heart with business logic. This role requires a dynamic leader who can navigate a fast-paced environment, overseeing everything from high-level strategic planning and P&L management to creative boots-on-the-ground market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and product roadmaps that align with the company's long-term vision.
  • Manage brand positioning, distribution, and competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Oversee the full Brand P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across multiple product lines.

Innovation & Quality

  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from idea generation for new snacks to rolling them out in the market.
  • Identify growth opportunities through deep-dive consumer insights and rigorous market research.
  • Maintain and benchmark product quality standards against industry norms to ensure brand superiority.

Marketing & Brand Activation

  • Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing programs, including ad campaigns, social media content, and trade promotions.
  • Set brand calendars and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Oversee brand activations and consumer promotions designed to drive trial and repeat purchase rates.

Sales Collaboration & Market Execution

  • Partner closely with the Sales team to optimize product availability, visibility, and merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork to monitor trade distribution, coverage, and competitor activities, providing actionable recommendations based on gathered insights.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies for seamless campaign execution.

Performance & Reporting

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns using data-driven metrics.
  • Prepare detailed quarterly and annual reports summarizing achievements, market trends, and budget control.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:within the FMCG industry. A track record of successful product launches and growing brands is essential.

  • Product Manager: Minimum of 35 years of proven experience in Brand or Product Management

  • Senior Product Manager: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Brand or Product Management

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English with strong copywriting and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: A curious, creative, and data-driven problem solver with a strong mind for business.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work well with people and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Paraaque City. (Non negotiable)
