Job Description

The Product Marketing Associate Manager (PMAM) leads strategic product marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, insurance consideration, and business growth, with accountability for campaign performance and market competitiveness.


As part of Product Marketing, the role goes beyond product launches and storytelling. The PMAM ensures that product stories, propositions, and campaigns are deeply rooted in customer needs and aligned with FWD's enterprise‑wide efforts on financial literacy and insurance consideration, helping customers better understand protection and make confident financial decisions

    Know the consumer. Research and mine insights on customers and distribution teams. Identify primary and secondary target markets, customer needs and motivators, and how to communicate effectively across different stages of the customer's financial and insurance journe
  • y.Own the development and execution of product campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer insights, market trends, and business objectives, while reinforcing insurance consideration and financial literacy message
  • s.Ensure delivery of product campaigns and projects in accordance with company requirements and corporate objectives, adhering to scope, schedule, budgets, and the PMO framewor
  • k.Act as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, PR, Distribution & Sales, Product, agencies) to ensure seamless product launches and integrated, customer‑first executio
  • n.Manage product marketing tools and collaterals, including sales materials, training support, website content, and learning platform materials—ensuring all are customer‑friendly, updated, compliant, and aligned with the product story and brand strateg
