Job Summary: The Product Manager- Trade Finance oversees the end-to-end management and development of cash management products, ensuring profitability, compliance, and innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales initiatives. Performs product monitoring, client issue resolution, and continuous improvement to meet business and client needs.
What You'll Do
- Monitor product performance, including volumes, ADB, revenues, profitability, and pricing competitiveness.
- Develop and execute product enhancement, marketing, and sales support initiatives to drive business growth.
- Lead product implementation and development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Support Relationship Managers and Sales teams in structuring customized solutions and managing complex client requirements.
- Resolve client issues, conduct market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Product Management within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of product management, profitability analysis, pricing, revenue generation, and market trends.
- Experience leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders across business and support functions.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, compliance requirements, and product approval processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with a strong customer focus.
