The Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing enterprise connectivity and ICT products across a fast-growing telecommunications environment. This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B solutions.
The role focuses on building scalable, competitive, and revenue-generating solutions that address the evolving needs of enterprise and large corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the enterprise product strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify new product opportunities in connectivity, cloud services, and managed solutions.
- Translate market trends, customer requirements, and competitive insights into actionable product plans.
- Develop strong business cases including revenue projections, cost modeling, and ROI analysis.
2. Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
- Collaborate with engineering, network, IT, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Ensure products are scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with enterprise-grade service standards.
- Continuously optimize product performance based on usage, customer feedback, and market changes.
3. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Execution
- Develop GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, positioning, and channel strategy.
- Work closely with sales, account managers, and solution architects to drive enterprise revenue growth.
- Support bid responses, RFPs, and customized solution design for key enterprise accounts.
- Enable sales teams through product training, collateral, and solution messaging.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand needs, pain points, and solution requirements.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and commercial teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across network, IT, finance, legal, and marketing.
5. Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor telecom, ICT, and enterprise technology trends including cloud, SD-WAN, IoT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Drive innovation initiatives for next-generation enterprise solutions.
6. Performance Management & Analytics
- Track key product KPIs such as revenue growth, adoption rates, churn, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Prepare product performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications, ICT, or enterprise technology.
- Strong background in enterprise solutions such as connectivity, managed services, cloud, or digital infrastructure.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling B2B or enterprise products.
