Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - ServiceNow to drive the implementation and delivery of products across ITAM/SAM, providing hands-on configuration, solution design validation and technical guidance throughout delivery. This role combines product management expertise with operational excellence to deliver impactful solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and write detailed technical requirements
  • Active participation in product planning and roadmap definition
  • Collaboration with internal and external customers to acquire a deep understanding of their requirements and business needs, including other PMs, architecture, operations, business development, sales, marketing and customer success teams
  • Determine technical feasibility, dependencies and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed
  • Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success
  • Develop and articulate a defensible point of view based on data from primary and secondary research including direct customer engagement
  • Delivery of requirements in partnership with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture and various engineering teams with an iterative, pragmatic approach
  • Ensure that product requirements incorporate effective written and creative visual techniques such as sequence diagrams and payload mockups
  • Create data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed
  • Manage the delivery of products, including PoC, internal Beta, external Beta, Public Launch and ongoing releases
  • Resolution of technical blocking issues and coordination of solutions across multiple technical teams
  • Stay abreast of new technology capabilities and recommend and plan innovative products and features

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT
  • Expertise in product management, product life cycle, product roadmap and product vision
  • Background in development and management of operational excellence practices
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Platforms or ability to learn ServiceNow very fast
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud based solutions
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools including Confluence, Jira and Slack
  • Capability to lead and influence business and technical teams in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working for leading SaaS companies with a diverse customer base spanning small business owners, SMB and enterprise
  • Competency in developing and delivering complex products at high velocity with aggressive deadlines
  • Skills in technical delivery teams leveraging continuous delivery for launch
  • Strong analytical approach with attention to detail and excellent reporting skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with great communication and presentation abilities
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
