About the Information Technology (IT) Division, EDB[What you will be working on]
Key roles and responsibilities
Oversee the entire product lifecycle of EDB's Salesforce CRM platform, from planning to execution in support of EDB strategy or digital objectives.
Define and own the product roadmap for the Salesforce CRM platform, aligning it with business objectives and user needs.
Lead and manage project team members across iterative sprints, facilitating ceremonies such as iterative planning meeting, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure continuous delivery of value.
Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders across business units, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage go-live activities
Partner with the Information Security colleagues to conduct risk assessment and mitigation and ensure compliance with government and EDB policies, risk management, implementation, change management and system performance.
Establish standards and procedures for reporting and documentation.
Continuously benchmark team product performance to identify improvements and achieve higher capability maturity.
Establish and ensure appropriate governance functions for the product in accordance with Singapore Government and enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor.
Conduct procurement activities such as tenders and requests for proposals to obtain solutions and services for the delivery of the Salesforce and associated adds-on.
Lead and manage application support personnel to provide ongoing run-and-maintenance of IT systems.
Review proposals or plans (internal or provided by external service provider) to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available departmental resources to various project phases.
[What we are looking for]
Tobe successful inthis role, youshould have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, orequivalent work experience
At least2years of experience in product management working with various business units to launch and manage complex and high-risk products.
Familiarity with Salesforce implementation using Agile principles, e.g., XP (preferred), Scrum, Kanban, Lean Development. Salesforce related certification will be an added advantage, e.g., Salesforce Administration, Salesforce for Business Analyst
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken including ability and experience in influencing, engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority internally and externally
Possess a driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and is a team player
Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and understanding of their applications in product management practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and build high-performing product teams.
Exceptional planning and execution skills
