Who do you report to, and what are your responsibilities

1. You report directly to the Product Director.

2. You take full ownership of our inhouse developed Sportsbook and Aggregator product.

3. You define and drive the business product vision and roadmap, ensuring all stakeholders

remain aligned with upcoming plans.

4. You establish and track product success metrics to measure performance and outcomes.

5. You conduct market research and build logical, data-driven cases to secure stakeholder buy-in.

6. You actively listen, empathize, and connect with stakeholders struggles and needs.

7. You keep senior stakeholders informed on key projects, evaluations, and success metrics.

8. You write clear project requirements and collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT

leaders from ideation to production release.

9. You review and uphold the standards and quality of your team's work.

10. You assist the sales and corporate department to ensure major feature releases are clearly

communicated to the market and public.

Qualifications and experiences

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or

equivalent experience)

2. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)

3. Proven B2B and/or B2C experience in developing or managing a sportsbook and/or

aggregator platform, including a full suite of casino products (e.g., live dealer, slots).

4. Strong project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are

highly preferred
