Position: Product Manager-Portfolio Lending
Office Location: UnionBank Square - Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Job Summary: The Product Manager-Portfolio Lending leads the development and execution of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver the sales plan from digital channels, MBOL, pre-Login, for all PA products - Speed Cash, Balance Transfer, Statement EPP and Transaction EPP
- Work with Marketing and Digital team to regularly update the following digital assets/channels:
- Email
- SMS
- Mobile Notifications
- Homepage banner
- Pre-Login content
- Webpage
- Work with DVI and MarComm to ensure timely pushout of the weekly communications - as per the marketing plan
- Quality check of the target customer segment and communication pushout
- Launch new tactical programs to boost sales e. g. programs with customer Instant Gratification benefits, BT 0% etc.
- Regular engagement with DVI, operations team and channels to ensure seamless process delivery
- Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding product delivery etc.
- Manage all customer communications regarding product delivery, maintenance of Terms and Conditions etc.
- Manage the LD2 tech project for migrating the product set up and channels set up from Blue to Orange
- Leading iUAT for Portfolio Actions testing, raising and escalating blockers and failures to Technology team
- Customer communication for LD2 related changes
- Ensuring successful data migration upon cut over, co-ordinate with all the front end channels regarding customer complaints
- Managing technology fixes, enhancements for the Platform, given the nuances of the platform on the Orange side
- Engage with Risk team on assessing the risk performance and assess new segments / pricing through test, learn and implementation approach,.
