About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development, management, and marketing of an assigned pharmaceutical product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth, market share, and profitability through effective marketing strategies and close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Product Champion for assigned brands
Develop and execute cost-effective marketing plans aligned with sales and business objectives
Drive product lifecycle management and brand strategy execution
Monitor market dynamics including competition, pricing, government policies, and distribution channels
Partner with Sales and Training teams to develop product training materials and conduct product knowledge updates
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Prepare and update monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products
Support strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related or relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in product management within a pharmaceutical company
Minimum 2 Years Experience As a Product Manager
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven
Solid background in market research, data analysis, and product development
Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools
Additional Requirements
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel nationwide
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
