Product Manager – Pharmaceutical

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage and grow its product portfolio in the Philippines. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical, strategic, and marketing skills, and experience in end-to-end product management within the pharmaceutical sector.

Summary of the Role

The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products, including vitamins, therapeutic products, and oncology-related therapies. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing inventory, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with industry standards and policies. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and clinical teams, as well as fieldwork across different locations in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets
• Serve as the product champion, providing guidance and training to sales teams on product knowledge
• Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, and regulatory policies affecting product performance
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to establish product credibility and drive adoption
• Update rolling forecasts, track inventory, and ensure effective product distribution across channels
• Support strategic projects and ad hoc initiatives from management
• Conduct field visits as needed to oversee product promotion, training, and marketing activities

Must-Have Skills / Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical product management
• Experience in oncology or central nervous system therapeutic areas is nice to have
• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management, including marketing, inventory, and promotion
• Knowledge of trade and clinical marketing practices
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork across the Philippines
