About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our client's SaaS ERP platform at a fulfillment logistics company. You'll be the bridge between our technical teams, operations, and clients, shaping product strategy and ensuring we're building solutions that truly solve the customers problems.

This role requires someone who understands the nuances of product management in a fast-paced startup environment, can balance strategic product vision with tactical execution, and has the technical depth to work effectively with engineering teams and communicate with sophisticated B2B clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own Product Strategy: Work closely with the CTO to define and execute the product roadmap for our SaaS ERP platform, taking ownership of prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to clients and support business growth
  • Bridge Technical & Business: Translate complex technical capabilities into business value, and customer needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with B2B clients to understand their workflows, gather feedback, conduct discovery sessions, and validate product decisions
  • Drive Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle using structured frameworks like RICE scoring (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) for prioritization and RACI matrices for role clarity
  • Manage Product Operations: Coordinate development efforts using tools like Linear and Jira, ensuring clear priorities, dependencies, and timelines
  • Distinguish Product vs Project: Navigate the critical difference between building the right product (product management) and delivering projects on time (project management), balancing both effectively
  • Stakeholder Management: Align internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, and customer success on product priorities and trade-offs
  • Measure Success: Define and track product metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data and customer insights

What you bring:

  • Product Management: 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, ERP systems, or logistics/operations software
  • Startup Background: Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments where you've managed rapid product development cycles
  • SaaS ERP Knowledge: Background working with or building SaaS ERP platforms, understanding multi-tenant architectures, enterprise workflows, and B2B sales cycles
  • Client-Facing Technical Role: Experience working directly with technical or enterprise clients, conducting discovery, gathering requirements, and managing expectations
  • Product Frameworks: Demonstrated use of product management frameworks like HEARD, RACI, Jobs-to-be-Done, or similar structured approaches
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with modern PM tools like Linear, Jira, or similar platforms for managing backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and the product development lifecycle
  • Clear grasp of the distinction between product management (what to build) and project management (how to deliver)
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements documents
  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or value vs effort matrices
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and working with engineering teams
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (retention, churn, activation, feature adoption)
  • Technical literacy to discuss APIs, databases, integrations, and system architecture with engineers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Certifications (Nice-to-have):

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certification
  • Product Management Certificate from recognized institutions
  • PMP or similar project management certifications
