ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize work effectively, ensuring focus on the highest-impact tasks.
- Manage timelines and scope, coordinating closely with stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Drive the product development and refinement process, proactively identifying and removing blockers across teams.
- Ensure smooth execution, maintaining momentum and visibility on all ongoing workstreams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test cycles, validating outcomes, and ensuring readiness for release.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 12 years of experience in product development, product management, or project management.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and comfortable in a startup environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teams.
- Familiar with agile development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive work to completion in collaboration with designers and engineers.
- Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and other technology stacks used in building products.
- Knowledge of and experience with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp (ClickUp preferred).
- Experience in a startup work environment is preferred.
- Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)
- Salary Budget: Php 60,000-Php 80,000
