About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development from discovery through delivery. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic product thinking with strong execution ownership.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating complex business and operational requirements into structured product plans, detailed specifications, and successfully launched features.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
- Define product strategy, scope, and phased delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design with key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are well understood and delivered effectively.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
- Support product quality through reviews, testing, release planning, and launch readiness.
- Establish and continuously improve product management processes, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, or similar product leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience working with core banking systems is required.
- Proven experience delivering products within the fintech industry, such as payments, lending, digital banking, or financial technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of core banking architecture, banking operations, and financial services workflows.
- Strong track record of managing complex platform, infrastructure, or backend-focused products.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile or iterative development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to define product scope, prioritize initiatives, and manage phased product delivery.
- Strong experience translating business needs into detailed product requirements and functional specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on financial platforms, payment infrastructure, or enterprise financial systems.
- Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-driven product environments.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology companies.
