Product Manager

Role Description The Product Manager is responsible for the effective development, enhancement, and performance of assigned products and services within payments ecosystem. The role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving market needs.

The Product Manager collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality, and compliant payment solutions. Through effective product management and innovation, the role contributes to strengthening market position and supporting the continued growth and competitiveness of its payment ecosystem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

• At least 5–7 years of experience in product management and/or banking.

• Strong knowledge of payment systems, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong experience in:

o Product lifecycle management

o Project execution

o Product performance monitoring

o P&L and pricing analysis

o Governance, risk, and compliance

o Market analysis

o Stakeholder management

• Product or project management certification is an advantage.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Experience managing payment products such as real-time payments, card-based products, digital payments, clearing, or related financial products.

• Exposure to InstaPay, PESONet, cards, ACHs, or other payment rails/channels.

• Experience working with banks/participants, BSP, PPMI, regulators, vendors, and technology teams.

• Strong analytical background, with experience using product KPIs, transaction data, pricing, and P&L to make product decisions.

• Experience leading product enhancements, system implementations, or product launches.
