Position: AI Product Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Work Setup: Hybrid (x2 a week RTO)

Shift: Day, 10AM to 7PM

Location: BGC, Taguig

Job Summary:

As an AI Product Manager in Payment Authentication & Digital Identity, you will have the ultimate responsibility for decision-making and prioritization to drive product strategy, roadmap, and development, addressing identity trust in the financial sector markets. You will operate to deliver world-class Payment Authentication & Digital Identity solutions. You will play a key role in ideating and co-creating new features that uniquely meet the needs of clients & market.

Role Exposure:

Own PH-market discovery. Run continuous interviews, data dives, and competitor teardowns to spot gaps and turn them into differentiated features for Philippine banks and fintechs.

Drive Philippines-specific differentiation. Continually research PH user behaviour, fraud patterns, and regulatory changes to surface feature ideas that set Trust Vision apart in the local market. Continually scan fraud trends to propose counter-measures (e.g., deep-fake detection).

Translate insight into the roadmap. Write crisp PRDs, prioritise PH-specific items, and work with VN-based engineering/design teams to deliver on time. Define success metrics; deep-dive anomalies with DS/Analytics.

Act as pre-sales and customer-success partner. Join key prospect calls and RFPs to translate technical capabilities into business value and influence deal outcomes.

Leverage industry network. Maintain close ties with Risk/Fraud leads inside Manila institutions to capture early signals on regulations, fraud vectors, and tech constraints.

Map stakeholder dynamics. Understand decision chains within PH banks/fintechs so you can unblock pilots, secure test data, and speed up roll-outs.

Partner for lifecycle success. Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions. Engineering (pre- & post-sale) to validate problemsolution fit, measure feature impact, and iterate quicklywithout owning quota.

Champion data-driven product health. Define KPIs, monitor dashboards, and trigger deep-dives when performance drifts.

Contribute to product culture. Share PH insights, best practices, and retrospective learnings with cross-country PM peers.

Required Skills:

2-5 years of experience

Experience in SaaS/B2B product development.

Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure (candidates who come from internal/external management consulting or similar, or candidates with Technical background)

- a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - are strongly welcome. You don't need to know how to write any codes, you need to understand the product from a technical standpoint only)

Ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, identify key insights, spot product opportunities, and inform product decisions.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win.

Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure; zoom in and out on a problem.

Good interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, hardworking with enthusiastic attitudes.

Strong learning capability and self-motivation to acquire new knowledge.

Extreme ownership, love the products and do whatever it takes to make the products standout.
