Role Overview

The role covers five products across three key network service areas:

• Load Balancers as a Service (LBaaS)
• Firewalls as a Service (FWaaS)
• DDI as a Service (DDIaaS) covering:
• DHCP
• IP Address Management (IPAM)
• DNS
  

Additional Details

• The products are already built; the focus is on roadmap expansion and increasing adoption.
• Strong and demonstrable networking experience is essential for this role.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with technically complex network concepts and services.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, proposition, roadmap, and delivery for network services products.
• Understand developer and engineering needs and translate them into scalable network service offerings.
• Drive service standardization, self-service capabilities, onboarding journeys, and operational models.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver platform services that are secure, reliable, and easy to consume.
• Drive roadmap expansion and adoption of existing network service products.
  
  

Experience Required

• Experience working in highly technical, engineering-led environments.
• Experience launching or managing platform, infrastructure, or developer products from concept through adoption.
• Strong background and hands-on understanding of network services and networking technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to define product value propositions and operating models for internal product offerings.
• Experience managing products in a complex technical platform environment.

• Strong Product Discovery and Product Strategy capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in complex platform environments.
• Good domain understanding of network and platform services.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and delivery leadership skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs, platform scalability, operational supportability, and commercial considerations.
