- Establish consistent practices for discovery, documentation, traceability and business acceptance.
Product quality and release readiness
- Define business acceptance expectations and coordinate business participation in user acceptance testing.
- Work with development and QA colleagues to support appropriate coverage, release readiness and confirmation that delivered functionality meets the business need.
- Monitor production feedback, defects, support issues and user experience, and prioritise improvements.
Documentation, training and adoption
- Own the accuracy, completeness and currency of product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- With support from the Business Analyst, maintain user manuals, quick-reference guides, process guides, role and access matrices, release notes and FAQs.
- Own the MOS product training strategy, role-based curriculum, training materials and training lifecycle, including updates following product releases.
- Ensure users complete relevant product training and demonstrate the competency required for their roles, supported by practical assessments, refresher training and appropriate records.
- Review training videos and materials for accuracy, clarity and business-process alignment before rollout through the corporate Learning Management System.
- Partner with Marketing and Learning and Development on complementary communications, content production and LMS initiatives, while retaining MOS ownership of product training and user competency.
AI implementation
- Identify and prioritise practical AI opportunities that improve user experience, operational efficiency or product outcomes.
- Lead AI discovery, business requirements, pilot planning and adoption in partnership with engineering, security, data and relevant governance stakeholders.
- Define expected benefits, validation criteria, human oversight and responsible-use controls, and monitor implemented AI capabilities for quality, risk and user value.
Product insight and governance
- Define practical measures of product adoption, value and service quality.
- Track whether delivered changes achieve their intended outcomes and maintain visibility of product risks, dependencies and key decisions.
- Contribute to budget planning, product investment discussions and management reporting.
What you will bring
