Your Job

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of RF products, from product definition and development through launch, production, and ongoing management. You will work closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, commercial, and customer-facing teams to ensure products are successfully developed, launched, and supported while meeting customer and business objectives.

Our Team

You will be part of the RF Segment, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial teams. In this highly collaborative environment, you will help align customer needs, business priorities, and plant operations to deliver innovative, high-quality products to customers worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product definition and development through launch, production, and ongoing product management

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure product, process, and customer requirements are delivered on time

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify issues, remove barriers, and drive execution

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management

• Translate customer and business requirements into actionable priorities for cross-functional teams

• Support new product development and product introduction activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams

• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, processes, and overall customer experience

• Support product portfolio management, including product performance, cost, pricing, and lifecycle activities

• Gather and communicate customer, market, and competitive insights to support business and product decisions

• Partner with sales and commercial teams to understand customer needs and support growth initiatives

• Ensure product and project activities are effectively documented, tracked, and communicated

• Coordinate resolution of product, manufacturing, and customer issues with the appropriate cross-functional teams

• Build strong relationships across functions and create visibility to project status, risks, opportunities, and action plans

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience in the electronic components industry

• Experience in electronics manufacturing and working within or closely with plant operations

• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, New Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related technical/business role

• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive activities to completion

• Experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, or commercial teams

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management, or Product Portfolio Management

• Experience in Program Management, Project Management, or New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Experience in the Automotive, RF, Connectivity, Smart Agriculture, or related electronics industries

• Knowledge of RF products, antennas, coaxial cable, interconnects, connectors, or similar technologies

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and plant operations

• Experience managing products from development through commercialization and production

• Technical background in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience working with global or geographically dispersed cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence

• Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, cost, quality, and profitability drivers.
