Overview
The Enterprise Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Mobility Solutions, will own key product initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure we deliver solutions that delight our customers and support business goals. You'll work closely with senior product leadership while having the autonomy to manage product features and enhancements end-to-end.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Own specific product areas and drive their roadmap, prioritization, and execution.
- Collaborate with network, IT, design, and business stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Track product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to inform improvements.
- Support go-to-market activities with marketing and customer success teams.

- Has had exposure within a fast-paced and technical/technology environment (e.g., telco, fintech, e-commerce) that utilize and operationalize multiple platforms and systems.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of product management experience in a technology-driven company (SaaS, digital platforms, or related preferred).
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
