As a Product Manager at JoyRide, you will play a key role in shaping the future of mobility. Working closely with the product management team, you will help define and execute our product vision, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional experiences for both customers and driver-partners. You will support the identification of market opportunities, contribute to product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and help drive growth through impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition and communication of product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with the product team to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Contribute to managing the end-to-end product development lifecyclefrom ideation to launchensuring a seamless user experience.
- Assist in prioritizing features based on customer insights, business impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive product success, define KPIs, and iterate on features for ongoing improvement.
- Help ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across mobile and web platforms.
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements affecting ride-hailing, delivery services, and related industries to ensure compliance.
- Support innovation initiatives by exploring new technologies, business models, and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in transportation, mobility, or technology sectors.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in product management or related areas are a plus.
