You are the strategic engine behind our software ecosystem, transforming high-level vision into functional, market-leading SaaS solutions. This role exists to own the full product lifecyclebridging the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical executionto ensure GoTeam's AI-powered applications remain at the cutting edge of global operations.
Day to day, you operate in a structured, execution-focused environment, minimizing reactive firefighting through disciplined roadmap management. You collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership to prioritize backlogs and define the KPIs that measure our success. This role fits professionals who thrive on data-driven decision-making and are eager to lead the development of future-proof, AI-integrated products.
You're likely a strong fit if you have:
- 35 years of experience in SaaS Product Management, specifically managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
- Direct exposure to AI-powered applications, with an understanding of how to leverage intelligent automation to enhance user value.
- Mastery of Agile frameworks, including expert-level backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Strong analytical rigor, capable of conducting deep market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven performance reviews.
- Execution-focused mindset, with a preference for structured workflows and clear, predictable schedules.
Strong Signals
- Proven track record of translating complex customer feedback into actionable, high-impact product improvements.
- Experience defining and moving North Star metrics and SaaS-specific KPIs (churn, LTV, engagement).
- Comfortable in a hybrid setup, leveraging onsite days in Cebu IT Park for high-bandwidth strategy and remote days for deep analytical work.
Strategy & Roadmap Management
You own the product vision and ensure it aligns with GoTeam's global growth strategy.
- Clearly define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities to all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of key milestones across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of SaaS and AI industry trends.
Product Development & Agile Execution
You act as the central point of coordination between business requirements and technical delivery.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and actionable product requirements.
- Lead backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure engineering efforts are focused on high-value features.
- Collaborate closely with developers to resolve blockers and maintain high-speed delivery cycles.
Growth & Performance Optimization
You ensure the product is not just functional, but consistently improving based on real-world data.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product health and feature performance.
- Use customer feedback loops and performance metrics to drive continuous product iterations.
- Reduce technical and functional friction to improve overall user satisfaction and retention.
