Job Description

Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap across digital platforms
Lead product discovery, user research, and requirements definition
Manage end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX)
Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate progress to senior leadership
Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to improve performance
Ensure product scalability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in product management or digital technology roles
Certifications in Product Management or Agile/Scrum are advantageous
Proven experience delivering digital products (web/mobile, platforms, or data-driven solutions)
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management
Experience with analytics tools, dashboards, APIs, and digital integrations
