Development, implementation and evaluation of the marketing strategy.
Analyze market data, identify emerging trends, and adapt the product strategy accordingly.
Development of a pool of specialists (Key Opinion Leaders) related to the products being handled.
Liaise with the societies of the products being handled
Actively coordinates and guides sales teams on product communication and sales plans to ensure satisfactory level of product.
Monitors product performance and makes data-driven decisions.
Manage inventory and work closely with the Regulatory Department for product planning forecast, movement and ordering vis--vis MOQ.
Ensures proper budget allocation of projects, promotional materials, tactical which includes relationship building activities, price offers, rebates, discounts and sample allocation.
Actively works across different functions to ensure all-the time availability of products in all relevant channels.
Qualifications
Excellent in marketing, analytical, problem-solving skills, problem solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
At least 3 years general experience in the same position or higher position in another pharmaceutical company.
At least 3 years specific experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Allocation.
Four-year degree in any Business, Marketing or Medical Course.
Multi-media digital artistry is truly an advantage.
