  • Development, implementation and evaluation of the marketing strategy.
  • Analyze market data, identify emerging trends, and adapt the product strategy accordingly.
  • Development of a pool of specialists (Key Opinion Leaders) related to the products being handled.
  • Liaise with the societies of the products being handled
  • Actively coordinates and guides sales teams on product communication and sales plans to ensure satisfactory level of product.
  • Monitors product performance and makes data-driven decisions.
  • Manage inventory and work closely with the Regulatory Department for product planning forecast, movement and ordering vis--vis MOQ.
  • Ensures proper budget allocation of projects, promotional materials, tactical which includes relationship building activities, price offers, rebates, discounts and sample allocation.
  • Actively works across different functions to ensure all-the time availability of products in all relevant channels.

Qualifications

  • Excellent in marketing, analytical, problem-solving skills, problem solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 3 years general experience in the same position or higher position in another pharmaceutical company.
  • At least 3 years specific experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Allocation.
  • Four-year degree in any Business, Marketing or Medical Course.
  • Multi-media digital artistry is truly an advantage.
