Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Makati, focused on solutions and offerings related to Dell, VMware, and Cisco. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products and solutions, including market analysis, product positioning, pricing, and portfolio management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to design and package solutions, preparing product documentation and sales enablement materials, and monitoring performance against revenue and margin targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with Dell, VMware, and Cisco as principal vendors, staying updated on their programs and technologies, and ensuring PTSI's offerings remain competitive. The Product Manager will also participate in client meetings, support solution presentations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan promotions, trainings, and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle ownership, portfolio planning, and pricing strategy for IT solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Dell, VMware, and Cisco technologies, with the ability to translate technical features into business value for clients.
• Experience working closely with sales and technical teams to design solutions, develop proposals, and support customer presentations.
• Ability to perform market and competitive analysis, forecast demand, and track product performance using relevant metrics and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with strong stakeholder management and vendor relationship capabilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach, with proven skills in planning, prioritization, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in IT distribution, systems integration, or vendor management is highly advantageous.
• Comfort working on-site in Taguig and collaborating in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
